The tablets contain programs, applications and educational resources selected with pedagogical criteria according to the educational level of the student (see content of Tablet 5th and 6th of primary and 5th secondary ). This material, selected by the Fe y Alegría pedagogical team, will be added to the State program “I Learn at Home”, as well as accessories that allow its safe use. VOLUNTEER PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy is presented in compliance with the Law No. 29733 and its Regulations Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.

Asociación Fe y Alegría (“Fe y Alegría“), with residence in Jr. Cahuide No. 884, Jesús María, Lima, with RUC No. 20145915326, is the owner of the “VOLUNTEER PROGRAM” (“VOLUNTARIADO”) data bank, where it will collect your data physically through this virtual form, with the purpose of managing and keeping up-to-date information of people with the intention of volunteering, in order to provide information about our activities, volunteer selection process, volunteer value proposition, as well as benefits and social programs that impact the educational community. The personal data requested is necessary to process your registration as a volunteer; in the case that you do not desire to provide it, you cannot complete your registration.

Personal data will be held for an indefinite period of time, until you request cancellation, which will be treated with absolute confidentiality. The treatment of your image is subject to separate consent.

Once registered as a volunteer, Fe y Alegría will transfer your data to directly related organizations, non-governmental organizations, and religious entities and educational institutions with whom volunteer actions are directly coordinated. The use of the platform Google Forms, from Google LLC, located in the United States of America with Employer Identification Number #770493581, constitutes an international transfer. The non-automated transaction occurs in the offices of the organization.

Fe y Alegría adopts diligent legal, technical, and organizational security measures, appropriate and in accordance with the category of data that is stored, to avoid the loss, misuse, altercation, non-authorized access, and/or theft of personal data.

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO) to the processing of your personal data, or request additional information about the processing of your personal data by writing to voluntariado@feyalegria.org.pe. You have the right to file a complaint with the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales (National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data) if you believe this matter has not been attended to in a timely manner.

La presente Política de Privacidad se presenta en cumplimiento de la Ley No. 29733 y su Reglamento Decreto Supremo No. 003-2013-JUS.

Asociación Fe y Alegría (“Fe y Alegría“), con domicilio en Jr. Cahuide No. 884, Jesús María, Lima, con RUC No. 20145915326, es titular del banco de datos “VOLUNTARIADO”, en donde recopilará sus datos de forma física o través del presente formulario virtual, con la finalidad de gestionar y mantener actualizada la información de personas con intención de realizar voluntariados, con la finalidad de transmitirles información de nuestras actividades, proceso de selección de voluntario, propuesta de valor del voluntariado, beneficios y programas sociales con impacto en la comunidad educativa. Los datos personales solicitados son necesarios para procesar su registro como voluntario; en caso que no desee proporcionarlos, no podrá completar su registro.

Los datos personales se almacenarán por un plazo indeterminado, hasta que usted solicite la cancelación y serán tratados con absoluta confidencialidad. El tratamiento de su imagen está sujeto a un consentimiento separado.

Una vez registrado como voluntario, Fe y Alegría transferirá sus datos a organizaciones directamente relacionadas, Organismos No Gubernamentales , entidades religiosas e instituciones educativas, con quienes se coordina directamente las acciones de voluntariado. El uso de la plataforma Google Forms, de Google LLC, ubicada en Estados Unidos de América con Employer Identification Number No. 770493581, constituye una transferencia internacional. El tratamiento no automatizado se desarrolla en las oficinas de la asociación.

Fe y Alegría adopta diligentes medidas de seguridad legales, técnicas y organizativas, apropiadas y acorde con la categoría de datos que se almacenan, para evitar la pérdida, mal uso, alteración, acceso no autorizado y/o robo de los datos personales.

Puede ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación u oposición (ARCO) al tratamiento de sus datos personales, o solicitar mayor información sobre el tratamiento de sus datos personales escribiendo a voluntariado@feyalegria.org.pe. Usted tiene derecho a iniciar un reclamo ante la Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales si considera que no ha sido atendido oportunamente.

Purpose: To collect and process information of people who make monetary contributions in order to carry out an adequate control of the monetary contributions, for a better management and development of each of the association’s social projects.

Personal Information: The following personal data will be collected: names and surnames, address, telephone, email, bank details, credit cards (only in case of operations by the institutional website https://www.feyalegria.org.pe

Legitimation: The processing of personal data is necessary and mandatory to process your contribution to the institution. If you do not provide your personal data, your contribution cannot be processed.

Term: Fe y Alegría will keep personal data for an indefinite period, until the cancellation is requested by the own person who gave the authorization.

Recipients and Transfers: Fe y Alegría will make local transfers to the National Superintendency of Tax Administration. It also informs that the automated processing of personal data is carried out through our institutional website https://www.feyalegria.org.pe with a server hosted in the United States of America, whose provider of hosting is the company Ovh Ltd, con VAT number GB 918 7594 74. The collection of data through the website constitutes an international transfer necessary to complete the online donation process. Also, it is informed that operations via the institutional website have the payment gateway of Compañía Peruana de Medios de Pago S.A.C., identified with RUC No. 20341198217 (Niubiz). The payment gateway uses hosting servers located in the United States of America, owned by Amazon Web Services Inc. (AWS), identified with Employer Identification Number (EIN) 204938068.
The non-automated treatment takes place in the administrative offices of the association.

ARCO’s rights. You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO) to the processing of your personal data by contacting, at any time, to the premise of Fe y Alegria or by the email address peru@feyalegria.org

Usos: Gestión de lista de donantes, actividades asociativas, educación, fines estadísticos, históricos o científicos.

Finalidad. Recopilar y procesar información de las personas que realizan aportes dinerarios para llevar a cabo un adecuado control de las contribuciones dinerarias, para una mejor gestión y desarrollo de cada uno de los proyectos sociales de la asociación.

Datos Personales: Se recopilarán los siguientes datos personales: nombres y apellidos, dirección de domicilio, teléfono, correo electrónico, datos bancarios, tarjetas de crédito (para el caso de las operaciones a través de la página web institucional https://www.feyalegria.org.pe

Legitimación: El tratamiento de los datos personales es necesario y obligatorio para procesar su aporte a la institución. Si no proporciona sus datos personales, no se podrá procesar su aportación.

Plazo: Fe y Alegría mantendrá los datos personales por un plazo indeterminado, hasta que se solicite la cancelación de los mismos.

Destinatarios y Transferencias: Fe y Alegría realizará transferencias locales a la Superintendencia Nacional de Administración Tributaria. Asimismo, se informa que el tratamiento automatizado de los datos personales se desarrolla a través de nuestra página web institucional https://www.feyalegria.org.pe con servidor alojado en el Reino Unido, cuyo proveedor de hosting es la empresa Ovh Ltd, con VAT number GB 918 7594 74. La recopilación de datos a través de la página web constituye una transferencia internacional necesaria para completar el proceso de donación online. Asimismo, se informa que las operaciones vía la página web institucional cuenta con la pasarela de pagos de Compañía Peruana de Medios de Pago S.A.C., identificada con RUC No. 20341198217 (Niubiz). Seguridad. Fe y Alegría ha adoptado diligentes medidas de seguridad legales, técnicas y organizativas, apropiadas y acorde con la categoría de datos que se almacenan y el uso que se les dará para evitar la pérdida, mal uso, alteración, acceso no autorizado y/o robo de los datos personales y/o imágenes. En virtud del principio de información contemplado en la Ley Nº 29733, se les notificará en caso exista algún cambio de responsable.
